  • February Teen Book Club

    The book club will meet February 6th 1-2pm

  • Teen Art Contest

    Your Teen Art Contest

    Official Rules

    1.  Registration Required.  Please come into the Teen Tower.  There is no online registration.

    2. One Entry Per Person.

    3. Deadline for turning in art is Saturday, 01/30/10  (All work must be submitted before the library closes at 5:00 pm 01/30/10.)

    4. Entries will be displayed and voted on from 02/01/10—02/28/10.

    5. Art may not depict any of the following:

    a. Lewd language (cursing or disparaging remarks about any group or person)

    b. Nudity

    c. Drugs

    6. Teens may submit any original piece of art work, including, but not limited to: Sculpture, drawings, photographs,

    paintings, or textiles.

    7. Art pieces may be no larger than 22”x22”x22”.

    8. Any two dimensional art must be submitted on artist matting. (No frames).

    9. Awards will be given on 03/01/10.

    10. Entries may be picked up anytime after 03/10/10  (They must be picked up by 03/19/10).

    Feel free to come into the Aloha Teen Tower if you have any questions.

    A teenaged English thief is recruited for a secret operation that trains teens in remote viewing and astral projection techniques to make them super-secret spies. Fans of Alex Rider will love this book.
