Highlands Ranch: Exploration of Pluto with Dr. Alan Stern, 7PM, FREE
Planetary scientist Dr. Alan Stern, leader of NASA’s New Horizons mission to Pluto, could redefine our universe. He’ll talk about his book Chasing New Horizons. Dr. Stern has been named to the Time 100 twice. A book sale and signing will follow his presentation. Register here.

Parker: Movin’ & Groovin’ Family Video Challenge, 7PM, FREE
Here’s a fun family competition. Create a short video (up to 2 minutes) that moves us to tears or laughter, inspires us with heart, or gets us groovin’ to the beat! Contest entries are due by August 29, but join us for an orientation to learn the ins and outs of the Parker Recording Studio, which has all the tools you need to create your video. Learn more.
